Sentrit Terms of Service

These terms define the general conditions for creating an account, using the portal, contracting products, making payments and using Sentrit infrastructure services.

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Electronic acceptance and contracting

By creating an account, accepting terms at checkout, paying an order, using the portal or consuming any Sentrit service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and to the commercial conditions applicable to the contracted product.

1. Acceptance, capacity and representation

When contracting on your own behalf or on behalf of a company, you represent that you have legal capacity and authorization to assume obligations related to the account, orders and contracted services.

Specific commercial conditions, proposals, service orders, technical attachments, support policies, contracts or checkout acceptance may supplement these terms. In case of conflict, the specific conditions of the applicable order or agreement prevail.

2. Account, access and security

You are responsible for keeping registration information up to date and protecting credentials, passwords, keys, tokens, connected Google accounts and any other access methods for the portal or services.

All activity performed with your credentials will be considered your responsibility, unless a failure attributable exclusively to Sentrit is proven. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify Sentrit immediately.

Sentrit may apply account validations, external authentication, MFA, preventive blocks, access reviews or document requests when needed for security, anti-fraud, legal compliance or protection of the services.

3. Products, scope and self-service model

Services may include Cloud VPS, Docker Hosting, S3 WORM Object Storage, dedicated servers, infrastructure, backup, cloud migration, information security, automation, optional technical support and other items shown on the website, portal or commercial proposal.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products contracted through the portal follow a self-service or automated model. Technical support, assisted deployment, management, migration, advanced monitoring, licenses, additional IPs, backup, extended retention and other resources may require additional contracting.

Resources, limits, availability, prices, timelines, responsibilities and support levels are defined by the plan, configuration, proposal, agreement or product-specific policy.

4. Provisioning, changes and product availability

Orders placed through the portal may remain pending until payment confirmation, account validation, anti-fraud review, technical availability or manual activation, when applicable.

Sentrit may change, replace, discontinue, limit or update plans, resources, images, operating systems, integrations and technologies used, especially for security, availability, third-party costs, technical evolution or legal requirements.

When a relevant change affects an active service, Sentrit will seek to notify the customer with reasonable advance notice whenever possible, except in urgent cases involving security, abuse, critical failure or legal requirement.

5. Payments, billing and recurrence

Prices, billing currency, taxes, billing cycle and payment methods may vary according to registered country, product, contracting model, measured usage and applicable payment provider.

Recurring services may generate monthly, prepaid or postpaid charges, depending on the product. By providing or validating a payment method, you authorize recurring charges related to active services, renewals, measured consumption, fees, taxes and contracted add-ons.

If a charge fails, is disputed, reversed or remains overdue, Sentrit may limit, suspend or terminate the service, in addition to collecting pending amounts, collection costs and charges allowed by applicable law.

6. Metered usage services

Usage-based products, such as S3 WORM Object Storage or other measured services, do not represent the purchase of a fixed volume. Billing is calculated according to consumption, storage, traffic, retention, measurement cycle or metrics indicated for the product.

Estimates, calculators and values displayed before measurement are for reference only. The final amount may vary according to actual usage, rounding, taxes, currency, exchange rate, price changes and provider or applicable contract rules.

7. Acceptable use and customer content

Customers must use the services lawfully, securely and in line with technical best practices, avoiding network abuse, fraud, spam, phishing, malware, abusive mining, rights violations, intrusion attempts, attacks, illegal content or use that harms third parties.

The customer is responsible for applications, files, databases, credentials, configurations, users, integrations and all content entered, processed, hosted, published or transmitted through the contracted services.

Sentrit may investigate, limit, block, remove, suspend or terminate resources when it identifies operational risk, breach of these terms, authority order, abuse complaint, security threat or undue impact on infrastructure.

8. Support, maintenance and SLA

Sentrit aims to operate with stability, security and support compatible with the contracted service, but maintenance windows, third-party failures, attacks, network outages, customer software issues and events outside our control may occur.

Specific SLA, support, response time, backup, retention, recovery or management commitments apply only when stated in the plan, proposal, support policy or agreement.

Optional support, when contracted, may cover guidance, analysis, deployment, troubleshooting or technical activities according to defined scope, and does not include development, third-party code correction or unlimited environment administration unless expressly contracted.

9. Backup, retention and operational responsibility

Backup, snapshot, WORM retention, replication or recovery features are available only when contracted, enabled and correctly configured according to the product.

The customer must maintain its own copies and continuity strategy appropriate to the risk of its business. Sentrit does not guarantee data recovery when the customer has not contracted backup, improperly changes configurations, deletes data, provides incorrect instructions or uses the service outside the contracted scope.

10. Third-party providers and integrations

Sentrit may use owned or third-party infrastructure, data centers, cloud providers, payment gateways, email services, authentication, monitoring, analytics and other integrations needed to operate the services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, technical limitations, availability, prices and rules. Sentrit is not responsible for failures, changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third parties outside its direct control.

11. Intellectual property, feedback and confidentiality

Sentrit retains its rights over brands, software, platform, automations, documents, layout, processes, know-how, integrations and proprietary materials. Contracting grants only a limited right to use the services during the applicable term.

The customer retains rights over its content, applications and data. By providing feedback, suggestions or improvement requests, the customer authorizes Sentrit to use those contributions to evolve products and services without compensation obligation.

Technical and commercial information, credentials, reports, configurations, security data and non-public materials exchanged between the parties must be treated confidentially, except when required by law or needed to perform the service.

12. Suspension, cancellation and termination

Sentrit may suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, chargeback, fraud, security risk, abusive use, legal violation, breach of these terms, authority order or undue impact on infrastructure.

Cancellations requested by the customer may take effect at the end of the contracted cycle, unless otherwise provided in proposal, agreement or applicable law. Amounts already paid may be non-refundable when related to a started period, third-party costs, provisioning, measured usage or reserved resources.

After termination, data and resources may be removed according to operational policy, technical deadlines, legal obligations and contracted backup or retention features.

13. Limitation of liability

Sentrit is not responsible for losses arising from improper account use, customer configuration failures, third-party software, external outages, attacks, credential loss, absence of contracted backup, incorrect information, breach of these terms or use outside the contracted scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sentrit's total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amounts paid by the customer for the affected service during the reasonable period immediately preceding the event, except for cases that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to terms and contact

Sentrit may update these terms to reflect operational, commercial, regulatory or technical changes.

When a relevant change occurs, the version published on this page will show the update date. Continued use of the portal or services after the update may constitute acceptance of the new version, where allowed by applicable law.
